1. Look out for mysterious links while online because it may lead you to malicious content such as viruses or spam.

2. Don't click on odd looking download buttons or links because you may end up downloading a virus and letting hackers in.

3. Do not use un-secured WiFi in public places because your information is easily vulnerable to hackers

4. When on facebook or twitter, there may be links trying to get you certain free things. Do not buy into those, they are just traps for hackers to try and phish your info.

5. When you are on your mobile devices, watch out for certain app downloads because they may contain malicious software.

6. With your own WiFi at home, make sure you always secure it with an encryption code so no one but people in your household can access it and no info will be gathered by others.

 7. Be careful while browsing the web, pay very close attention to the URL. Make sure there is an "https" at the beginning of the URL to know that the site is encrypted and safe to enter info on certain pages.

8.There are frequent scams on facebook that want you to sign up for different things. You are really just signing up for a phisher to get into your info. Be careful because that one click can risk your whole life.

 9. Be careful while on your emails. There are constant links being sent that are spam waiting to be clicked on so your life can be compromised. Look out for things such as "http://hgidnd.com/PGF54nhd" These are traps! Stay away from them.

10. Always make sure you have some type of virus defender on your pc or device. It will make your online life much safer!
